Tabjee Terms and Conditions – Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tabjee platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using Tabjee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.

01 Eligibility

Tabjee may request proof of age or identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

02 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Tabjee platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your Tabjee account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • You must notify Tabjee immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Tabjee will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.
  • Account details including your registered phone number can be updated by contacting Tabjee support. Changes may require identity verification.

03 Deposits and Payments

Tabjee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Tabjee wallet balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
  • You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using a third-party payment account is not permitted.
  • Tabjee does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your bKash or Nagad provider for details.
  • If a deposit does not appear in your Tabjee wallet within 15 minutes of a successful transaction, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
  • Tabjee reserves the right to reverse deposits that are found to be fraudulent or made in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All funds deposited into your Tabjee account are held for gaming purposes only. Tabjee does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy as described in the account management section of the FAQ.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Tabjee account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. Withdrawals to a different bKash or Nagad number than the one used for deposit may require additional verification.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Most players receive their funds within a few hours of submitting a request during normal operating hours.

  • Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

  • Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on Tabjee carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.

  • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on Tabjee. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
  • Tabjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes via the promotions page or by direct communication.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Tabjee platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. The published RTP figures for each game reflect the theoretical long-term return and are accurate at the time of publication.

  • Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Tabjee will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the result.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. Any winnings from a completed round will be credited to your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Tabjee platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities.

  • Creating more than one account on the Tabjee platform.
  • Using another person's identity or payment details to register or transact.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Tabjee to process funds derived from illegal activity.
  • Abusing bonus offers by registering multiple accounts or using coordinated strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
  • Threatening, harassing or abusing Tabjee staff or other players in any communication channel.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Tabjee operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion and bonus abuse. Any account found to be engaged in these activities will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited. Tabjee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where criminal activity is suspected.

09 Account Termination

Either you or Tabjee may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact our support team with your request. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

Tabjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • A player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is detected.
  • A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
  • A player has requested self-exclusion.
  • Tabjee is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Tabjee reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

10 Limitation of Liability

  • Tabjee is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our control.
